Tender Call for Equipment

Tender calls are invited for the following used equipment/vehicles. Please label your tender, TENDER CALL – USED EQUIPMENT. A separate tender must be provided for each piece of equipment/vehicle for which you are supplying a bid.

Tenders must be received no later than noon Friday September 8, 2023, and addressed to the Director Infrastructure, David Ball. Your tender can be faxed to (709) 635–5668, emailed to davidball@deerlakeairport.com or delivered to the Administration Office on the 2nd floor of the Air Terminal Building.

All equipment is being sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, FOB Deer Lake Regional Airport. All items are operable unless otherwise identified below. The successful bidder must pay the full purchase price plus HST by either cash, certified cheque, or bank draft prior to pick up.

We reserve the right to refuse any bid.

All the above equipment will be available for viewing on September 6, 2023, from 9 AM to 12
PM, commencing promptly at 9 AM (no access after 9:30 AM). Our heavy equipment mechanic
